Whenever possible, I usually bring my family to do sampling in the field. My two teenage boys can have their adventure under my husband supervision while I am working. Not all ponds have an easy access, like this one. This small bridge bouncing when you step on it. This picture remind me of my Ph.D situation. Some time you have to crawl to cross the bridge. But, hey, no guts no glory.
